Overview

IT for Change received a total of Rs 16.7 million during the year, of which Rs. 4 million was received from the Ford Foundation, New York for the project 'Deepening Democracy', Rs 9.1 million from International Development Research Centre-Canada for the projects 'Making Local Governance Work for Women: Exploring New Institutional Possiblities' and 'Gender and Citizenship in the Information Society', Rs 2.3 million from UN Women- New York for the project 'Making Womens Voices and Votes Count', Rs 0.8 million was received from Cognizant Foundation- India and UNESCO- India for the project 'Teachers Communities Of Learning'.
